HRA65 Ikar rescue arrester with steel wire, the block can be used as traditional fall arrester and when needed the crank can be used to raise a person up or down. Aluminum housing with galvanized steel wire. Crank lock to raise or lower a person, can be reactivated as nornal fall arrest again. Fixed handle for fixed attachement.
